is Lane coaching for several seasons, and not winning a championship. He's not beating Bama enough. They fire him midseason, and Ed O takes over in the interim, wins almost all of his games as coach and then is hired as head coach again.

I think Ed O does come back if LK is hired.

Will be epic. And if Coach O does have potentially $30 million sitting in his back pocket while hitting the recruiting trail? Oh boy, better lock up allllll your recruits.

Thought he was mostly broke, from having to give the ex part of the buyout.

recruits' mothers, girlfriends and sisters are who you lock up.

30 million in NIL for Lane Kiffin…. If that number is correct. That’s what I’m talking about. You jelly? I think you’re jelly.

I'm pretty sure that the $30 Million he's referring to is NIL money, not personal funds..

No one had a problem with Ed until he started letting his girlfriend's kids run practice.

Didn't he hit on a booster's wife at a gas station?

I don't. We haven't played enough over the years to hate Georgia. I grew up watching Hershel and always liked them

Ed's ex broke him. His last season he was mailing it in.

I don't think he will be a good coach again until he is stable, too much chasing tail.

Thanks to both for the correcting the misunderstanding...

Absolutely. Most Bama fans [when the idea of O coming to Tuscaloosa] were not for him.

I am. He's not a bad guy; simply flawed -- as we all are.

But he also was the greatest motivator I've seen. He had his boys ready to run through a brick wall for him, for the program.
