What has bama done to show that they don’t belong in tier one?

LSU is Tier 3 with a bullet now. It’s all just a matter of time.

Move Bama to tier 1 and move tier 3 to tier 2.

Look at the opponents.

Georgia has not had anything even resembling a struggle quarter yet, much less a struggle win.

Oregon has slaughtered their two opponents, including the no. 12 team yesterday, since Georgia.

Utah State, while a conference winner last year, was slaughtered by Weber State the next week. Seriously, after week 1, there was a national guy on his podcast saying thought Utah State was better than Oregon.

Texas struggled yesterday. The idea that Texas' best showing so far is a loss? We need to see more. UF's best showing this time last year was a loss. That didn't work out well.

Tier 1
A. UGA
B. Bama

Bama is Bama until they’re not.. I still see them as being top tier.

How is Bama tier 2?

Their near loss against Texas looks even worse than it did before.

The decline is real and started in the national championship game.

The NIL situation got into Saban's head it seems.

Texas has injury issues. But Texas is much better than anybody that Georgia has played.

I try to be as objective as possible. If the two teams swapped schedules and results, I'd have Bama in tier 1 by themselves. Despite being the defending champs, I doubt I'd get much push back on that.

That could be true and my tiers could still be right.

For years, "if the Colt McCoy didn't get hurt" discussion was dumb.

Well the "Quinn Ewers didn't get hurt" discussion isn't dumb at all. Alabama probably drops that game.

Those tiers are currently acceptable.

Oregon? They put it on BYU yesterday..
I’m not trolling here, but I don’t think Texas is as good as you think they are..

To an unranked team that still hasn't proven themselves outside of playing Bama close. That's the important part.

I would agree with this assessment. Going to be quite the battle in the plains next week. Hot garbage @ 11:00 AM kick.

We still don’t know much bc it’s week 3?

This imaginary Tier stuff is nonsense. There are 7 teams that within reason could win the SEC.
