Deadbeat, Alabama loser of a father
Actually he had a job. And i don't know how he was a father. He was drunk and partying and stupidly decided to pull a well known prank he heard about from college friends or on tv.

He did a really stupid thing to someone else who also did a stupid thing and he got punished severely for it. You can stop crucifying him. It's over.

I like how the defenders keep mentioning that the victim was passed out as though that somehow mitigates what the teabagger did. If anything, it makes it worse. To do that to someone who is not even conscious, someone who can't even respond, is worse than doing it to someone who's perfectly sober.

Rubbing your balls on a passed out stranger, whether you're drunk or not, shows your moral compass is fricked up and you're capable of even worse things in your daily life.

Going through this thread I thought I may have not been remembering the incident correctly.

He did rub his genitals on a passed out stranger right? That's sexual assault.

defenders
I haven't defended it.

I haven't said he shouldn't have been punished. I haven't said it didn't constitute sexual assault.

See, you have your pitchfork out and your outrage so high that you consider a common sense take on a really ill advised prank to be "defending" it.

a prank that probbaly happens a thousand times a year in every frat house across the country

Are we supposed to use what happens in frat houses as normal behavior now?

Men rubbing their genitals on each others faces, really?

Or should this concern us about what happens in frat houses across the country? Because your statement is hardly an endorsement of college fraternal organizations.

I think the point is the guy was in all likelihood not some sexual deviant who preys on innocent people to get his jollies.

He was a drunk guy in a party atmosphere who very stupidly thought a fratboy prank would be funny.

I could not care less about the whole ordeal, but it sounds like the idiot teabagger had a really shitty lawyer.

I also think probation and community service would have been appropriate for the teabagger, and that his sentence was excessive.

I'm just concerned that some people think we should now base our standards of behavior on what young men do to each other in the privacy of their fraternal organizations - instead of maybe re-thinking the appropriateness of the behavior within the fraternal organizations.

When there's a video of you clearly shoving your nuts into the face of a passed out stranger, what could you possibly argue in support of your defense?

By LAW...that video shows THE DEFINITION, of a form of sexual assault ! Why is that sooooooo difficult to comprehend ?
Who gives a rats arse about what may happen in a damn frat house ? All your deflection, rationalization and poor attempts at humor, can't dispel the FACT....it's sexual ASSAULT by statute ! Maybe the moron bama fan used the same excuses as you/genro, when "explaining" his actions to the local D.A. ? He gets disgusted/pissed and throws the book at him...result= harsh punishment...play really stupid games and get....LOL

Perzacly. I just happen to think that this particular "form" of sexual assault shouldn't result in 2 years prison and a ruined life.

Like I said...play STUPID games and let your dumbass get drawn into a mob mentality scenario { the background arse-holes share some responsibility}....it seems all bets are literally OFF !
Who knows how he and his attorney "played" it with the D.A. ?

No doubt- what he did was reprehensible, vulgar, and stupid. I probably wouldn't object to the 2 years if actual pedophiles and rapists didn't often get off with less time than that.

Not mad at all Mr. Deflection, just curious as to why you and your pals feel the need to "justify/explain away" the perps abhorrent behavior ?
Is this commonly done where y'all come from ? What's the usual punishment ? How could the Orleans Parish prosecutor, have handled the assault, to your satisfaction ?
