crazy how Alabama fans are talking about Dabo being their next coach the days after Dabo denies Bama a 2nd title.
I'd want my team to figure out a way to beat Clemson next year if they play again rather than hire their coach.
Where is Bama's competitive spirit.

Will Clemson outbid Bama for Dabo's services, that's the key question. Frankly, you can find alot of coaches who can pull off what Dabo's done (recruit and pay offensive coordinators to stay). Mario Cristobal comes to mind.
I prefer Matt Campbell, though. He has a great pedigree and has actually call plays in his career.

Smart ones in your scenario would take Dabo.
Nick is only good for another 3-5 years, Dabo is good for another 20.
It is just an age thing, moreso than a Dabo v Saban thing.
