Exposed as what? Are you saying he just floats along with elite athletes? The guy whipped the SEC East champion last year on the road with a bunch of nobodys..

Have you watched missouri this year?

Boise's issue isn't getting up for one, MAYBE two games a year. They can do that fine. It's having to face the grind week in week out, playing a UGA, UF, SC, LSU, Bama, all in a row without a break. Boise has never had to do that and still don't.

Peterson's a good coach, but if Boise faced that every week they'd lose 5 games.

Bobby Petrino would be dangerous if he could get hired by a top tier program.

I get that, dude, but I thought the premise was that they would be taking over an SEC team.. I think he is a better coach than at least 75% of the coaches currently in the league. Realistically, no one could dominate the SEC.. though

Reading the Meltdown and Oklahoma posters mentioned his name.

He would be a perfect fit in the Big 12 but I don't see him coming back to the SEC. We have to much "Southern Pride" to accept another teams hand-me downs. . . IMO

Holgerson with LSU/Bama talent = staaaaaacked

I almost puked when Rich Rod was offered the Bama job before Saban was hired. I don't want any coach that runs the effing spread at Alabama. Thankfully, most of the SEC is moving away from the glorified high school offense. Those teams that haven't will, unless they want to be perennial bottom feeders.

If Holgerson was hired at Alabama, I'd bitch more than an LSU fan off his/her prozac.

Peterson would get exposed IMO.

Yes, because he sure has been getting exposed with 1 and 2 star athletes against top 10 squads.

A lot of them depend on the assistants they bring with them. I think Rich Rod with the chief as DC would be fun to watch. I can't remember if he can recruit for shite though.

Jim Harbaugh would be interesting to see what he could do.

He would've been lethal. He was the guy I (unrealistically) wanted at FL.

If we thought Mike Price was having too much fun in T-Town, sheeit, Holgo would be taking that to another level!

No shite, Harbaugh plays SEC football whereever he goes. Stanford had success in the Pac because he out physicalled teams. He is one of the top 10 coaches on the Planet.

Nobody listed Harbaugh because there's a less than zero chance that he'll leave the 49ers to coach in the SEC. Of course, he would rape and pillage the SEC. So would Bill Belichick. Pete Carroll would kill it in the SEC as well. None of them will be coaching in the SEC anytime soon.

I think this would be especially true for HUNH coaches like Kelly who's defense would have to be SEC level

Everyone keeps saying the spread is going away but I would like to see a defense built that could compliment a spread offense and not get worn down after being on the field so much
