What makes the LSU fanbase so willing to play the victim?

I've never seen a group of people - outside of the political far left - so willing to play the victim in every scenario.
Is it a byproduct of heat, humidity, and mosquitoes?

A little bit of the French heritage, mostly the massive jealousy/inferiority complex toward you know who... the only way to justify their status is to believe they are constantly victimized. Whether it be the SEC, ESPN, REC, hurricanes, doesn't matter. They have to believe the world is holding them back rather than face reality

What is it with some people having the inability to judge situations individually but rather paint them with a broad opinion and make ignorant blanket statements? This is a circumstance that quite literally has never happened in the history of the SEC. If you can't see why LSU fans would be pissed, then you're dumb or intentionally obtuse
