I need to start a business down there. I swear if there were to be a taco cart on the beach you could make some SERIOUS moolah... chips, beer and tacos 10$

The legend of that lathe is that if a coed walks by and she's a virgin, then it will turn.
A brick falls out of Denny Chimes everytime a virgin coed walks past...
it isn't missing any bricks.

You really should, that would be perfect.
Finally found my other pictures from down there with that house I was talking about:
Not quite as identical as I remember to the Bama's president mansion

I thought that was the coolest house down there though.

Is that on Jamaica beach or Crystal beach?

This was the worst destroyed landmark by it's own staff.
Damn perkins.

Jamaica Beach I believe, didn't go to Crystal.
What did I miss and how do you even get over there?

Well if we're moving off campus, here's Square Books, the nation's largest independently owned bookstore:

To get to crystal beach you have to take the ferry. It was Completely Destroyed, as in wiped from the face of the earth. It has been re-built now, but DAMN, it looked like the hand of god took an eraser to that place.

I figured everything I listed is synonymous with UGA (as Athens was designed and built around and for the campus; it was named Athens after the Greek city which was the ancient hub of learning, thinking, and culture). Square Books works for me, though.
Got me a Willy F. book form there for my 21st birthday. Figured it was appropriate, given I'm an English Major
