hmmm...I think maybe because we are outcasts and are not worthy of LSU's time or concern...

I certainly don't feel this way. I wouldn't be too concerned about posters that were probably still in diapers when Arkansas joined the SEC, anyway. LOL

Because arky isnt worthy,we all despise them for obvious reasons. They would probably fit in better in another conferance. I would say sun belt or southland or possibly conferance usa

For all you newer Arkansas posters, and posters of other schools that might be interested to know as well, this is the exact definition of a rantard.

When's the last time Arkansas won the SEC?

----

eta:

Arkansas isn't relevant within the CFB universe. And until very recently, its been pretty mediocre within the SEC. Simply put, it's an insult for LSU fans to have their program compared to Arkansas. They're far beneath us.

Arkansas is becoming a stronger program, though. And if Arkansas is able to win a couple SEC championships, I would welcome them as a rival. But until that happens, they'll always be irrelvant in the minds of LSU fans.

This. At least you're honest. LSU fans feel they are above being associated with Arkansas. IMO Rivalry isn't necessarily related to the level of competition between the two teams. My high school was part of the biggest rivalry in the state and we lost to our rival 14 straight years. I think alot of times the difference in talent/competition makes things even more bitter.

Isn't a rival a school who you do not pull for no matter what, by all fans of both schools? I pull for all SEC schools once we're done beating the crap out of each other....even Ole Miss...

But Kragthorpe seems to have really improved your QB play so I think in the coming years you might catch up with us.

We have more NCs in the last 8 years than you will see in your entire lifetime as an Arkansas fan.

LSU doesn't want a rivalry - especially instate. They did everything they could to diminish genuine instate rival Tulane, a former SEC member; and LSU finally stopped playing them altogether to reduce their stature.

LSU and Arkansas are the only current SEC teams with no major instate recruiting rival. LSU has a huge advantage over other SEC schools in instate recruiting because it's a populous state and has no instate recruiting rival.

And you will be in fetal position - embarrassed beyond words and wondering why you are such a loser...much like you were after last year's Sugar Bowl.
