What is the single greatest play in your football program's history?

It can be for any reason. Maybe it won a huge game, maybe it is incredibly iconic, whatever the case may be. For Alabama I would usually go with George Teague's strip from behind on Miami's Lamar Thomas, but I think I'm gonna go with Tua's pass in OT to beat Georgia and win the title. Fire away.....

Ken Hatfield's punt return for a TD against Texas in 64. It was the play that won them the national title.

I think Tua's pass to beat UGA takes the cake. Literally won the national championship. I can't think of many others that come close. George Teague's strip of Lamar Thomas definitely belongs towards the top as well.

Have to go with Billy Cannon’s punt return against Ole Miss, Halloween, 1959. One of the iconic moments in LSU football history, and college football generally.

Big play, but has been billed as a game winner. There were over 6 minutes left in the game when that play happened, and Bama had to make another stop on defense to win the game.

Teague’s strip for me, I was in 5th grade and at the game sitting where he made the strip but across the field. Probably bigger plays, but that’s the best memory for me
