they're not the neighbor you'd pick to live next door - but compared to cousins in your own family who are worse - you learn to live next to them -

Their football team: pretty good
Their basketball team: sucks
Their fans: dumbest in the SEC. They seem like the type that would get in a fight at a softball game.

Our defense was lights out, save the first quarter of the Alabama game, but in the end it couldn't keep bailing out the offense.

The offense never came together. I don't think we scored over 10 points in the first half of any game of consequence.

There was no leader on the team and that was painfully obvious by the Notre Dame game.

0-2 vs the great Ed Orgeron

LSU fans: Joe Burrow was the greatest college quarterback ever.

Also LSU fans: Kirby was 0-2 against LSU against Joe Burrow. What a fricking loser!

Only one word comes to mind when I think of UGA and football, and it's boring. They've always played boring but have mostly won doing so.

UGA kinda runs a early 2000s SEC offense. They are really Fn good at it, and have the linemen to back it up. You not only need the size and athletes to beat them, but ur gonna need some luck too.

Lost to Bama - understandable, theyve got like 5 years of top 2 recruiting classes and the NIL fund to back it up.

Lost to Ole Miss - understandable, they went all in on NIL players, Lane Kiffin can score points and the guys came to play. This was kind of like playing against a 3 point shooting team that happened to be on fire when you play them.

Handled Texas twice - this is how i know they were good. It's really hard to beat a team witj that many good players twice.

Lost to ND - meh, hurt QB, ND is fairly good and plays well. Watching it though, i felt ND was just running little QB slides for 4 yards a play. Was not an impressive win but it got the job done. Kirby gets outcoached a lot too.

I think Ohio State also would have beaten a healthy UGA. They were stacked and given second and third chances. Wouldve been a fun game though. I dont feel we got to watch the best of best this szn. Oregon vs UGA should have been the game.

It's a bad look for CFB imo. UGA does what it is supposed to do, claws its way back into the top 2, wins a brutal SECCG, gets the #2 seed, but also loses its QB. Loses its first game without him. Ohio State doesn't play a champ game cuz they fumbled the regular season. Get focused for the playoff. End up winning it all. Now you legitimately have conferences talking about letting their best teams sit out the conf champ game. Too many "championship" games, makes your actual championship game less important.

In contrast.... Some actual quotes from Tennessee fans:

"I’m incredibly pissed off at the 1000 or so fans who threw trash on the field and lived up to the drunken redneck/trailer trash stereotype last night."

" I am not surprised. The sheer amount of trash that is left on the streets the day after a football game is evidence enough for me to know that vol fans are a trashy group of people."

"Had to one up themselves from last week’s 50-something fan beating up freshmen. Who knows what next weekend will hold…"

And wait for it....

"Milton is the only one in Tennesse who didn't throw something at the end of the game."
