I can’t remember the year, but I remember the end of a Notre Dame game in the early 70s. The reason I remember it is they showed this logo on TV…
… and it scared the shite out of me. I think it was because we’d recently watched Charlie & The Chocolate Factory and these little frickers…
… freaked me out. The reason they freaked me out so bad is I asked my momma what happened to all the other children at the factory and she told me the Oompah Loompas ate them. I had to be like, at best maybe 4 or 5 years old.

Ken Hatfield's punt return for Arkansas to beat Texas, 1964(?).

For me, it was the Ole Miss-Bama game of about 1957 or 1958. Can't remember which one exactly, but I do remember Johnny Vaught was Ole Miss Coach. Don't remember if Ears Whitworth or the Bear was Bama's coach. Been a long time, but I do remember seeing it on the little B & W tv with poor reception on that rabbit ear antennae.

Not really one play, but Kellen Winslow’s performance in 1982 vs the Dolphins. Never forget that game. And Winslow played for Mizzou, which is a bonus for me.

I can’t remember a specific play, but I remember watching Roger Staubach at Navy and became a huge fan. Watching him running around and making plays was something I always wanted to emulate.
