Was pretty clear he reached and didn’t mean to grab face mask. At full speed that is like 2 seconds.

Summer I respect you more than anybody on this board

Except for Harry and Herman.

But I’ve watched many bama games over the years

I’ve seen this cheap after play thuggery more times than I can remember.

I’ve seen it happen so many times, I have to believe it is coached.

I was not trying to say it was intentional, I was saying he should have shown remorse and at a minimum not taken cheap shots on the same guy later in the game

I don't know if it's just me, but it seems like some of Bama's players this year are more prone to taunting and trash talking the opponent after they make a play. It seems like in past years they would just stroll back to the sideline like it was business as usual when they made a good play. Maybe there's some frustration involved this year.

He literally sat there on the ground showing regret for what just happened.

I wonder why this wasn't ruled a "flagrant personal foul":

quote:

A flagrant personal foul is illegal physical contact so extreme or deliberate that it places an opponent in danger of catastrophic injury.

In a game last week (don't remember teams) a player was hit OOB in the white. He didn't even fall down, but it was called a flagrant PF and the player was ejected. By definition there's no way it should have been "flagrant". That facemark whether intentional or not absolutely meets the definition.

Really seems like Saban doesn’t scare these guys anymore. He has always overlooked bullshite for wins, but he’s not even pretending to care about it anymore.

You mean the missed targeting that resulted in a concussion?

Obvious targeting by #10

And? That play should have been reviewed for targeting anyways.

gave you a first down on a play where you were 1.5 yards short of the marker.

Are you basing this off of the actual first down marker on the sideline or the overlayed graphic on the screen which is quite often repeated as to not be accurate?

Saban looked like a gramps last night. Without Bryce young, this bama team goes 8-4

Well no shite, Sherlock. Lose your Heisman QB who’s a first round NFL lock and your team may not be as good. Brilliant analysis.

You mean the one where the player that lowered his head and initiated contact with the crown of his helmet was.....the running back?

Sure thing brotha! And let's ignore the whole THE REFS LITERALLY WIPED AN ALABAMA TOUCHDOWN OFF THE BOARD by blowing the whistle part. It's not good for the narrative.

It was clearly short based on where the marker is. By a full yard.

But yes, another game in which the mean SEC office stole an Alabama game from poor Ole Miss!
