So college baseball teams can’t be blue bloods because the MLB was popular in the 40s and 50s?

You sound like the UT fan

Can women’s basketball teams be blue bloods?

Can track teams be blue bloods?

Can swimming teams be blue bloods?

You don’t rack up 916 wins, 32 conference titles, 56 bowl games, 129 All-Americans, 17 College Hall of Famers, 28 top-10 finishes and 20 top-5 finishes by getting lucky 50 years ago.

And part of that is because Professional baseball was first and anointed America’s past time.. college baseball never really had great traction; even today it’s only popular in pockets around the country.

Without Skip Bertman College baseball would not be what it is today so I call complete bullshite to all that nonsense you just typed

No. They can’t... I mean. They can be historical great teams... but being a blue blood just has a different connotation... it just doesn’t work with sports other than football or men’s basketball..

Sorry it hurts your feelings. But it is what it is.

And you crying that you want to be one; will never make it so!

You do realize that less than 10 D1 baseball programs (out of over 300) make a profit, right? And only 4 in the SEC?
