I almost see this as an inevitability. Dabo's not losing this game.

So assuming Clemson wins, what does the playoff picture look like for the SEC?

Does SMU really get in without a single ranked win?

Bama still gets in. They're a lock now. They may actually be the 10th or 11th seed.

You are most likely right however, Alabama is not a top 10 team.

If Clemson wins the ACC gets three in. Clemson, SMU and Miami. Bamas only hope is Clemson loses and gets dropped out of playoff. JMO. I wouldn’t lose any sleep over it if I was you though.

Yeah. Indiana is still in. ND is in with their signature win over Army. Texas is in no matter what happens Saturday. Boise is going to have a bye because of two wins over UNLV.

SMU isn't the only team in the
Playoff picture with Zero ranked
Wins. Think I saw 3 or 4.

I don’t see how anyone could possibly argue SMU is deserving of a playoff spot if they lose this game, other than the “anyone but bammer” argument.

They won’t have a single win over a Top 25 opponent & will have lost the only one they faced.

ACC might suck but I can promise you if Clemson wins they’re automatic, Miami is in and they’re not dropping SMU out of top 12. They’re not gonna put 4 sec teams in if they can put 3 ACC teams in.

Thank God we didn't lose that game to Kentucky, like you said, or all hell would have broken loose!

I Don't see Miami getting in. If Clempson wins it means the Acc champ is 0-2 against the SEC and I think that hurts the other teams.

If Clemson wins the ACC will field three teams in the CFP and it will be a travesty.

All three will be eliminated in their first games.

I just feel like Miami is one of those teams that the media panders to and I know people feel that way about Bama but Bama has been relevant so long you can see the media has Bama fatigue and they love that old once relevant team that fell on hard times for 20 yrs resurgence story.

You may be right but Alabama was a powerhouse just recently whereas there are cfb fans that weren't even alive when the thugs of Miami were good.

How stupid does it feel knowing your team played like 5-6 ranked opponents when you see a bullshite schedule like that?
