Not a renter I live in gulf shores. I have spent more time at the beach that you have 1000x over. I have relatives in Fort Walton. Family owns a house on Okaloosa island and has since the mid 70's. Uncle was stationed at Elgin for years. House has been in the family since then.
Your are a johnny come lately to the beach. I was spending time at the beach in Fort Walton Destin when you were digging dirt in east Tennessee.

You are just pissed that the dream of beach living, I have had since the late 80's you are still working on. I don't work except pitching lessons. I fish drink and spent my wife's money. You had to work for it still don't have. I got it. Vols sucks

Summer’s Edge…great spot and location. Congrats. We’re renovating a house on Dalton and are almost done. Love that whole area. I probably know the house you had on Dalton and know S. Ryan really well. We’ve stayed on S. Ryan multiple times at Kerihill.
