What the hell is a 30A sticker

Why did this question receive so many downvotes? Is everyone born with a 30A sticker and a 30A sticker guide? This place is so weird.

Once the renovation is done in Seagrove (Dalton Street), we’re going to try and find another place to rent out

You mean Dalton Drive?

Never mind you don't know the name of your own street, but I've never understood why somebody would buy a 2nd home in a beach community 7 hour drive or whatever from their home, and it's not even on the beach. It's like the people that buy a motor home to drive to a beach community to stay in a RV park

Oh, thanks for your “expertise”. It’s a great investment (not that you would know anything about that) and we like going there several times a year.

I mean, if you enjoy sitting on your back patio looking at your privacy fence and the houses on each side and back of you, then cool.

I've seen enough serraux posts about living there to know that it's the gay area of Destin or Panama city.

Destin and Ft Walton were at is best in the late 80's to about 2005.

90's were great.

Hmmmm.....being a 30A man, I'd have figured you to be Range Rover kind of guy. Seems most 30A renters are Tahoe or Suburban folks....owners typically are seen in Rovers, Mercedes, Porsche Cayans etc...at least that's what I typically see when in San Destin area.

Yep. I have the Rover big boy.

30a is one of the best spots, the prices reflect the demand. It’s about 2.5x what it should be.
