It should never get to the point it’d take an angry mob for the administration to ‘cave.’ They should’ve taken a no nonsense standpoint on it from the beginning. Being a gifted athlete on a D1 team with a bright career ahead is a privilege not a right.

I mean...they did. He was questioned by police, the police determined that he was a witness and not a suspect, and he continues to remain part of the team as a result. That's pretty "no nonsense."
