It happened on the morning of the 15th, they were charged on the evening of the 15th. We didn't play again til the 17th. They have video of the whole thing and Miller turned over his phone and dash cam the day it happened.
Why does everybody think there was or still is this long investigation involving him.

So in every case that ends in a not guilty the police should be investigated?
I’m sure guilty people have not been charged.. the system isn’t perfect. I’ve never claimed it is.
I doubt many cooperating witnesses get charged, especially when the DA says “there’s nothing we could charge him with” !
