You mean the year he was named Mr. football for the state of Florida?

Jesus Christ.
Mullen is living proof that just because your starting quarterback goes out under unforeseen circumstances doesn’t mean, if the room is properly managed, that your season should be crashing and burning with a walk on starting for you. Stop projecting Kirby’s failures onto Mullen and Trask.

Georgia fans really are the dumbest group on this site as a whole. It is amazing how little they know.
DawgsLife suggesting Mullen isn’t the reason for Trask’s success is the single dumbest fricking thing I’ve ever read on this message board. And I’ve engaged with A LOT of LSU fans.

Where did UGA fans get this idea that any of their QBs is better than Emory Jones?
Lol

I didn't ask for you to post statistics. I asked if he improved. I'll give you this.....he is playing better at Arkansas than he ever did under Mullen. Deny that.
Wow. Since he was improving so much it makes you wonder why the team was playing so much better once he was injured and all the Gator fans were so happy he got injured.

Tell me something. How did he improve? he never got to play when =Franks was there. Show me how he improved? I guess your argument could be that he improved because he got a chance to play. But that took a catastrophic injury to get there because Mullen thought Franks was the better option.

No. Mullen finally giving him a chance it the reason is playing like that. Mullen didn't want to give him the chance.

Mullen is living proof that he was blind lucky that his QB went down. He kept Franks playing over your Heisman Trophy contender.

Oh dear...
And being presented with quantifiable proof that he did improve, you are still unable to comprehend. I guess I could go into further evidence he improved, but that likely would go over your head as well. So, we leave it here. Have a good day, sweetheart. Try to keep your chin up, you're special!

When you’re used to a coach incapable of managing a quarterback room, you attribute other school’s depth at quarterback to “blind luck”

So dawgslife argument is...Franks clear improvement is not evidence Mullen can improve a QB...and his back up being great means Mullen can not coach QBs?
Is that summing up this amazing argument properly?

not playing as a true freshman without a spring and with a weird fall camp is hardly some huge indictment of his future.
His senior season in High School and the fact he isn't better NOW than Stetson Bennett does indicate some serious short comings. I am 55 years old, overweight, have had 4 shoulder surgeries and walk with a limp and I could throw intereceptions and miss wide open receivers as well as Bennet and I would pay UGA for the experience like one of those fantasy baseball camps during spring season LOL.
It ain't fun being a UGA fan and listening to 1980 and QB failure etc etc but the biggest reason it ain't fun is 'cause it is fricking true....

Question. Did Trask improve? Did Trask? Name one QB who has gotten better under Smart. One. Georgia fans really are stupid. Even trying to compare Mullen and Smart in QB development shows just how delusional the fan base is. 44-28. 1980. Get a real QB.
Justin Fields is far improved with his exposure to Smart.....

We ain't stupid just delusional. Comparing Smart to a concrete block and not finding Smart wanting in the realm of QB development is more realistic that anyone saying Mullen is in the same league as Smart. Give the devil his due Mullen has not fricked the pooch, literally and figuratively, as badly has Smart has 5 years and running. It may not be his fault, some UGA fans will debate that, but the buck HAS to stop somewhere and I suspect Smart owns his failings even if he is incapable of doing anything about them...time will tell but it ain't looking particularly promising at the moment....

ONE win and y'all back to running your mouth. Can't say I've missed it.
At least this win will keep your joke of a coach around a little longer.
The butt whoopin Kirby giving next year will be glorious. Probably like 2017 all over again. Were you there in the 4th quarter for that?
...didn't think so

I said it once and I’ll say it again. Georgia is a wait until next year program. Be it “Kirby’s gonna kick your butt next year”,
Or “we’re gonna have a quarterback next year”,
Or “we’re finally gonna win it all next year!”
Loser blood flows rampant through your program and through your fan base.

2017 Mullen took over a 4 win team.

The Dawgs stole him from Bama...that was the highlight of his career.
