Has it been pointed out that Kirby Smart is supposed to be a defensive mastermind as a coach and that UGA lost the national title due to a screw up on defense, in the position group that Kirby allegedly excels at?

I can't believe nobody has dug up the "Ole-most Champions" screenshot from ESPN showing AP/UPI rankings for the 3 years Ole Miss has lied about being champions.
And FYI, the NCAA did not select a football champ prior to the BCS. Not sure if they selected one during the BCS era.
