What does Florida need to do to get relevant again?

Obviously Pease needs to go, and we badly need to upgrade the QB position. I'm not a Muschamp hater, I like the guy I just think he made a questionable hire and it showed this year. We've all seen with Auburn how quickly a team with competent coaching can turn things around.

So, what do other SEC fans think?

Win games, and get a better offense. The defense has carried the team now for a while. The offense isn't working, it's time to punt.

Win games!

In all seriousness...make better offfensive staff hires. You've had what?....3 different OC's so far under Muschamp?

Yeah that much is clear and basically my thoughts. So in your opinion that's all it'll take is just a better OC?

Pretty much. Don't touch the defensive side, they're still doing really well even with the injuries. The QB situation at UF is really bad, and the OC isn't helping. He needs to play to the strengths of his players.

Against USC, we found out quickly that the UF plan was to run the ball, so we stacked the box in the 2nd half.

When Spurrier got to USC, he wanted to Fun n Gun. Then he found out that we didn't have the OL to do that, so he got dual threat QB's. We've had success with that now for 4 years.

It's only been 3 years..I'm willing to see who we hire for OC before saying it's time to go.

Honestly...re-build. I don't think it matters who you have at OC; I've always thought that Muschamp was in over his head at UF. I just don't think that he has the temperament to be an HC. Auburn was able to turn it around quickly because Gus is up to the task, and they had recruited well at key positions before he got (back) there.

Not have 10 players lost due to injury for the entire season, with 7 of them being starters?

Gone for the season is the No. 1 quarterback, the No. 1 running back, the No. 1 wide receiver, the No. 1 defensive tackle and best player on the team and the No. 1 linebacker.
15 starters have missed time this season due to injury. I wouldn't freak out just yet. It's just been a strange year for y'all with injuries.

I mean, you take every team in the SEC and take away their #1 QB, RB, WR, DT and LB, and they are going to have a dramatic drop off in play.

LSU without Zach Mettenberger, Jeremy Hill, Odell Beckham Jr. would be a disaster. Bama without AJ McCarron, TJ Yeldon, and Amari Cooper would not be very good on offense at all. A&M without Manziel, Malena, and Evans. Well, you get my point.

Yeah that's always going to be tough no matter what. But look at Georgia, they lost just as much as we did and still looked alright. In their 2 worst games from a personnel standpoint they almost beat Missouri and let vandy come back and beat them. We got smoked by both those teams.
