I agree with this.

You must be misinformed. Mizzou is an AAU school, and has been over 100 years longer than Ga Tech. Interestingly, Bama isn't on the list. Hmm.
Mizzou became an AAU member before Brown University too.
Are you saying that Mizzou is a better school than Brown?
AAU status isn't the end-all, be-all measuring stick of academic excellence which some of its members seem to make it out to be. Research excellence, I grant you.
Get the frick over yourselves.

Sounds like something a non-AAU member would say.

Most FSU fans think that the AAU has something to do with prep basketball.

Let me say for starters, I would rather Georgia Tech stay in the ACC. That being said, we still were playing Auburn and Tennessee every year when I attended in the late 1980's. Those were great games. Auburn use to have an annual Wreck Tech parade and the Yellow Jackets are mentioned in Alabama's fight song. I wouldn't mind seeing us rotating Bama, Auburn, and Tennessee every year in addition to the Georgia game.

ACC is for pussies. The Ramblin' Wreck needs to come home.

More like the non-anything Big 2 for both MS schools.

We need a Big (Fill-in-the-blank) sideboard.
So far there is a Big 2, 3, 4 (twice), 5, 6 and 10

If Thujone joined tSECr, we'd have the big dicks too.

This is... true, in a kind of sobering way.

There's gotta be someone else for Vandy than Tulane. Or is that some long dead rivalry I'm unaware of?

It's a battle of the nerds thing. Duke/Vandy and UNC/SCar would be more appropriate.

I guess we still have a little bone to pick with Texas. Heck, they may end up in the SEC anyway before all is said and done.
Ain't gonna happen.

I didn't post that. If you reply/quote who did say it, proper credit will be given.
