This really shouldn't be all that hard.
-Cecil is driving a brand new $60,000 truck when it was a known fact that they didn't have the money to a. fix the church and b. have more than 1 driver for the trucking agency. Yet all of a sudden the church is "repaired" enough to remain standing, and the trucking agency is flooded with so much business they have to hire several drivers. And you're telling me that Cam has no clue about the ongoings of any of the recent "successes" that have all of a sudden struck his family.
