Alabama lost to Utah that one time, somehow everyone moved on without self immolating.

I know but I was very embarrassed when Bama got stomped by Utah. Bama embarrassed the conference that night too. And I state again, Bama fans are not exempt from being very petty with hatred when it comes to AU.

How about UGA fans?
A) No national championship since 1980
B) Losing to Bama in 2012 SECCG
C) Losing to Bama in 2018 NC after being up 13-0 at halftime

I can't think of a single Georgia fan that would wish a nattie for GT or Florida under any circumstances.

Reading is fundamental. They are our biggest rivals. We would never root for either of them. Under any circumstances. if they played each other for a natty we would not watch, nor would we start threads hoping either would win.
But Auburn was starting threads hoping and praying their biggest rival would win another Natty.
