Florida State is a top 15 team which took advantage of disastrous special teams in Coach Kelly’s first game. I’d say the Tigers have rebounded nicely.

FSU is a decent team. No shame in losing to both them and UT. Now losing to UT at TS and getting our asses whooped was embarrassing. All in all we could lose the next three and I still say this team overachieved compared to where pundits and experts had us finishing.

Enjoy this year. What’s embarrassing is Georgia losing 4 out of the last five against LSU with an average margin of victory of 22 points. That includes 2 Sec championship games, and 2 for 2 by Orgeron teams that were beat downs of Mirby teams. You can feel all superior and act like you have a bunch of championships, but LSU owns Georgia and Florida. as well(9 of 12).

Back again for more I see. Just be glad you’re in the SEC East. The down years of Tenn, Fla, Ky, USCE, have been good to you.
But it looks like when it comes to playing teams out of the West side, you fail, an fail big time.
Just go back 5 years, this is Smarts 7th year. Let’s see, 3 losses to bama, 2 to LSU, a loss to Auburn, yep the West hasn’t been as kind to you. Throw in a loss to Ky, USCE and Fla. Just think what kind of record you’d have in the West.
Took 6 years to beat nick, our guy did it the first year. Smart took over for Richt who had back to back 10-3 years, Smart did a 8-5. Like I say, the last 6 years of recruiting he’s finished in the top 3 every years. That’s better than bama. No one has recruited better the UGA, not even close, I’m looking at the return.
