will barely be improved...but improved none the less. Don't forget that Mullen was a puppet OC.

Eh puppets sometimes work out really well if they learn from the guy they under.

Muschamp would be an example.

I agree. I'm just trying to say that Mullen isn't a genious like Meyer is. Mullen will be an improvement, but only because he has learned from Meyer for so long.

I don't think he has been with Meyer for as long as he has for no good reason.

You're right. If he was the mastermind he would have already gotten a job somewhere. Luckily, he has spent a long time with Meyer, and has probably learned alot. I'm just saying people shouldn't expect genious coaching from the guy, because that is not what you'll get.

Arkansas and Florida St. started more freshman and true freshman (22) than any other schools in the nation.

With literally everyone returning and Ryan Mallett taking the helm, Arkansas and Bama will be heavy favorites to win the West come SEC Media Days.

My Vols have to improve. I honestly can not see how it could get any worse.

Much Improved: Arkansas

Little Improved: LSU, Auburn, Tennessee, Kentucky

Same: Ole Miss, Miss. St., South Carolina

Slightly Worse: Alabama, Vanderbilt

Unknowns: Florida (if Tebow and Harvin come back), Georgia (if Stafford and Moreno return)

Most improved from 2008:

1. LSU - These guys had an off year, but the hat is a good coach and they will have a strong recruiting class. Plus I think that Jefferson will be a great QB.

2. Arkansas - We have a lot of reasons to be excited. I won't toot our horn too much. Suffice it to say, we are excited.

3. Kentucky - These guys lost some close games to Bama, Georgia, SC and Vandy this season. I think they improve a lot next year with all the seniors they are returning.

Theyve dont that since Rich Brook has gotten there but still cant really seem to get a real big season. I figured when they had Little and Woodson coming back theyd have a best shot at that.

I just wanted to piss you off. Plus SC would have to work to be worse than they are right now. That mid-season mega collapse is more predictable than the Auburn offense.

"Muschamp would be an example."

You know what? At some point this BS has to stop. What is with the Muschamp love-fest. Texas defense is ranked 50th in the nation. The reason they are NOT in the BCS game is because of their defense. Everyone talks about how horrible LSU's defense has been...we are ranked 36th! Muschamp would be a downgrade from the the two-headed disaster.

i saw clips of it. they didn't really quit on him. Tech would eat mallveto alive. Go ahead though and believe that texas didn't face more high powered o's than us.

the big 12 o is alot of fire power. the sec not so much. also it helps your stats when you play app state, north texas and tulane. Then mississippi state and aubarn have garbage for offense.

Our d was terrible and they actually quit all season. Unlike texas who is in a bcs bowl
