Jimbo Fisher is about to take one hell of a foot plant in the west. I saw this train coming very early and if he continues to get everything he wants, unlike FSU, he is not just a problem now and this program is more than capable of just reloading. His LOS players are the second-best in the west right now and that's a mouthful. He needs that patented QB that lets him get airborne with that Dalvin Cook like run game. When that balance shows up, they will be a much bigger problem.

The worst thing that ever happened to aTm’s fan base was beating Bama in 2012. They totally misused that momentum to try to get friendship and outward signs of respect from Bama fans. It’s permanently altered their program DNA ever since, for the worse.

I had friends brag to me in 2004 that "at least we played OU closer than you did this season" (despite saying this after watching A&M lose to Texas head to head) and also tell me that following spring "at least we made it further in the NIT than y'all did in the NCAA tournament, stupid sip"
It's their nature. Playing second fiddle is basically in their DNA at this point.
