TELL YA WHAT.

Let's compromise and have some fun. $200 to a charity of the winner's choice.

LSU wins 9 games or fewer in the 2020 season, Tuscaloosa wins.

LSU wins 10 games or more in the 2020 season, lsufball19 wins.

Win totals include a Bowl. If the season's schedule is shortened or changed, we'll revisit the bet and adjust the terms. If the season is canceled, bet is canceled.

Deal?

Just to be clear - 2019 was the first time in 7 years that LSU finished with fewer than 3 losses. Following 2019, they lose 14 players to the NFL draft - including their Heisman QB, their defensive coordinator, and passing game coordinator.

But you guys are confident in 10+ regular season wins next year.

Puff Puff pass, I guess.
Just because you’re praying to God our offense will go back to the stone ages doesn’t mean it’s gonna happen. This high powered offense is here to stay.

They just had almost the same number of players drafted

LSU had over 50% more drafted than Alabama, and that doesn't include Thaddeus Moss.

I'm not arguing that Alabama won't have to reload as well, but you're down 15 NFL-caliber players. LSU has to reload a lot more. 9 of which were underclassmen.

The biggest difference, however, is on the OL. I'm sure LSU has some talented guys, but you're losing 4 out of 5 starters. Really good ones too.

LSU will be talented, but your offense is going to look very different from a personnel standpoint.

I can’t remember his name but LSU has a very highly touted freshman OT that would have seen a lot of playing time and maybe start a few this past season. But he had a season ending injury in the fall. I totally agree with what you’re saying though on the oline.
