Texas A&M being in the SEC now gives other SEC teams exposure in Texas. Besides, I think Texas talent is overrated to an extent. Mack Brown gets 5-star, after 5-star from Texas and has one NC to show for it. I'm not exactly sure how one can be in the top 5 every year in recruiting, but have a 5-7 and 8-5 year. Coaching I suppose, but even LSU managed 9-10 win seasons with some really head scrathing coaching from Miles in the past (I'm a big fan of Miles, LSU-ers...don't take offense)
However, in regards to Texas A&M as a whole, I refuse to respect any team who lost 38-7 to a Rick Clausen led football team. Clearly the powers that be forgot about this before accepting you into our world.
