Actually, and this is easy to prove by reading the headlines from the Big 12 and their remaining schools, I believe it was OU and Texas that did the rejecting. So a fan of perhaps the premier journalism school in the nation might be expected to get it right. Perhaps Big 12 rejectors? Also it is high irony for Missouri to take ANYONE to task (not to mention OU) for what it brings to any conference...

I don't think you understand how the rant works. Facts don't matter in the least. Think of it like Trump rally.

Missouri has actually done better in the SEC than they did in the Big 12. I am pretty sure they have two division titles in both conferences to their credit.

Big Three Sports National Championships:
Holy Cross 2 - Missouri 1

At least get past Holy Cross before pumping your chest.

We're 1-1 against TX in the last decade, a more relevant period to project I would think.

The 1931 game (earliest in your 90-year time horizon) is not likely a good indication of future success. However, if you insist on including years from which no players are even alive, remember we owned your arse from 1894 through 1916.

As was said earlier, win an SEC division at least once and we can talk.

ummm...you do know a decade is 10 years right?

But at least most of the players who played in 1979 are probably still alive, so thanks for narrowing the relevant period.
