The CFP wasn’t going to include Ole Miss if Weis didn’t coach. That’s why he didn’t sign and why LSU is allowing this.

Unlike Ole Miss, who has acted like emotionally stunted females during this whole process, it’s actually about the players for us and there’s no reason for them to be punished because of the behavior of your AD.

Are you supposed to be breaking news? It’s pretty known he may be leaving for USF. We’d be ok either way.

Who would Lane target as a replacement if Chuckles takes off?

The players hate Lane.

Just like the planes were coming back empty.

I’ve got a feeling we will see just how much these “players hate lane” when we take Trinidad, lacy, and anyone else we want.

CFP was going to include them but there was concern about losing a home game. Lane and LSU have determined that it is in their best interest of everyone involved for Ole Miss to retain their home game.

It’s not about what’s in the best interest of Ole Miss. It’s about the best interests of the players.

LSU is playing the long game while Ole Miss blows up their narratives.

This cannot be overemphasized.

Ole Miss showed their arse through every step of this. That’s fine. Kiffin and LSU doing the kind thing here. I’m sure it won’t be appreciated by OM or its vile fans.

Nope.

It will be appreciated by their players, however. Which is the point.
