All lines taken from Bovada.
Ole Miss -30 over Fresno State
Would pick the Rebels to cover. Fresno isn't what they used to be, and clearly Ole Miss has a better offense than they did last year, and Hugh Freeze has shown he won't hesitate to run up the score to get additional reps in.
Georgia -21.5 over Vanderbilt.
This is basically just asking if you think Georgia can score 22 points against Vanderbilt, because I'm betting Vandy would have a rough time scoring on certain 5A-Texas High School defenses. Easy money.
Alabama -36 over Middle Tennessee.
Would stay away from this one. Middle Tennessee has shown to have a good defense for the level they play at, and Nick Saban will probably do some QB experimenting in addition to keeping things Vanilla before they start SEC play against Ole Miss next week. Expect the Tide to roll easily in this one, but I would stay away from that line.
Arkansas -21 over Toledo.
Would take Arky to cover based on what I saw last week.
Oklahoma -2 over Tennessee.
SEC fan in me wants Tennessee to win, my desire to make money says to take Oklahoma to win by at least a field-goal. Tennessee's secondary got exposed a little bit last week, and the Sooners are a very talented football team.
Florida -21.5 over Eastern Carolina.
Saw enough from Florida QB's to convince me they can cover against a really bad Eastern Carolina. Pick em.
Texas A&M -30.5 over Ball. State.
A&M is probably going to run Kyler Murray out there, and he's probably going to run the wild in this game. Pick them to cover.
Mizzou -11 over Arkansas State.
Tried to convince myself to take this game, but Arky. State is a good football team, and I'm not picking Mizzou to cover. Write a blog condemning me Mizzou fans, I couldn't care less.
South Carolina -8 over Kentucky.
I would sooner put my faith in Vanderbilt to score on Georgia than I would Conner Mitch to be competent enough to cover. Stay away.
LSU -4 over Mississippi State.
Mississippi State looked hands down like the worst team in the West last week against Southern Miss. The Eagles were able to run slant patterns without having a defender within 5 yards of the receivers. LSU didn't play, but they are loaded at every other position than QB. I expect Fournette to run right down State's throat, and those talented LSU receivers to absolutely abuse MSU's porous secondary. Pick the Tigers to cover even on the road.
Auburn line not posted.

I think Arkansas covered the spread nearly every game last year, so that's a good bet. But I'd also take Mizzou to cover against Arkansas State, because ASU isn't THAT good.

Agreed. I'm not an ASU hater, but they got their shite pushed in last week, and really were expected to be a middle of the pack Sunbelt team. Mizzou isn't near USC this year, but they are still a good team and -11 is laughable to me. There's no home field advantage here if that's what Vegas is basing it off of. Easiest pick of the week IMO

Yea, I'm not an ASU hater, either, and agree with you 100%.
