re: UGA fans: Who is Kirby looking at for OC?

Well Dan Enos was their first choice, but Kirby forgot to look at his contract before calling Bielema and asking permission. God that must have been awkward.

Weren't you supposed to actually contend for the West this year?Never mind, you're still Arkansas.
But congrats on your 7-5 season. You must be so proud.
I can assure you we are no more proud of our 7-5 season than you are of your student population running off the best football coach you've ever had.
But congrats on your 5-7 season. You must be so proud.
re: Of the lower tier SEC teams, what are their season expectations?

I've actually thought about this very question, but from the other point of view. I've always wondered if fans of teams like Alabama are just disappointed when they don't when the Natty.
It's like here in California, it seems like half of the USC fans have just given up and don't care about the season/team anymore, while UCLA fans are still really excited even though they have comparable teams.
Not saying I wouldn't love to have a national championship in my lifetime, but I also wonder if I would be disappointed more often than not being a fan of an elite team.

Bert's buyout is like $18 million. We could lose the rest of our games and his job is safe.

Arkansas has the most division titles of anyone not in the big 6.

Anyone tailgating there? Had a blast last year.
re: Okay Vols. I will admit that you are back on track.

Didn't you hear? They beat south Carolina, Vanderbilt, and Kentucky last year so they should basically be picked to win it all this year.

I think Arkansas covered the spread nearly every game last year, so that's a good bet. But I'd also take Mizzou to cover against Arkansas State, because ASU isn't THAT good.
Agreed. I'm not an ASU hater, but they got their shite pushed in last week, and really were expected to be a middle of the pack Sunbelt team. Mizzou isn't near USC this year, but they are still a good team and -11 is laughable to me. There's no home field advantage here if that's what Vegas is basing it off of. Easiest pick of the week IMO

Haha most certainly not. Vols are literally the 8th toughest conference game on our schedule. Not sure that I'm willing to say 8th toughest on the overall schedule. Toledo is projected to win the MAC I hear.

4 of the 13 are SEC. Strangely no one from Tennessee is on there after they won the offseason national championship. Cheers to aTm for the only defensive player.

Where's everyone with RV's tailgating? We did silver lot 14 last year, but we have to be out by 10 pm this year.
re: How confident are you about the ASU game Aggies?

Please baby Jesus make this happen. All my PAC-12 co workers wouldn't let me hear the end of it if ASU wins.

Thats a lot of asterisks and excuses.
Congrats, you guys have owned us recently, along with everyone else. Unforunately for you, that script has been flipped and Mizzou will be waiting a while for another win in Fayetteville
