It's in the seasoning section at the store, called montreal steak.

very good on steaks, dry rub season it and then marinate in Dale's.

Some people add lemon pepper to it also but I find that to be too much.

I prefer a dash of Dale's and Worcestershire sauce. I add salt, pepper, the Montreal spice and a little bit of fresh thyme and basil on mine

Too much seasoning... ruins the flavor of the meat IMO.

Dale's low sodium is exactly the same taste, minus he extreme saltiness. I use seasoned pepper, don't even buy regular pepper anymore,and kosher salt. Sometimes some montreal seasoning.

Eh, to each their own. I like it, plus I have to cook it in the oven (no grill).

Unless I'm cooking a strip or ribeye I generally let the steak speak for itself.
