Watching NC game now I know how other fanbases feel

It’s a weird feeling and a little depressing to watch when Bama isn’t in it. They’ve been in the championship game six of the last 10 years and in the playoffs eight of the last 10 years. It’ll be easier to get there starting next year but imagine never even making the playoffs. Sad.

That I can agree with. I’d have to look it up to be sure, but I think if you go back to the year 2000, you can just about count on one hand how many years there wasn’t at least one SEC team playing in the the National Championship game.
