Look at their schedule and tell me that they deserve being in over 2 Big 10 teams.

They deserve to be in over Penn State. Penn State lost by 39 points to Michigan and they lost to an 8-4 Pitt team. Those losses are significantly worse than losing to a top 12 USC team by 13 points at home.

Their schedule will include beating a top 10 team in the Pac 12 championship if they win out. Whichever two Big 10 teams you pick, at least one won't be adding any more to their schedule. So you have to account for these factors.

The only way Ohio State is in is if both Washington and Clemson lose and WISCONSIN wins the Big Ten.
