No, his greatest achievement is living inside your head for 27 years after he graduated.

I'm Brady fan. Brady is the gold standard.

Peyton Manning was a great college QB, an even better NFL QB, and a great person, but he was Danny Wuerffel's bitch while at Tennessee.

Yep...Manning was probably the worst defender on the team.

Your point is valid. The big difference is that Kendra blew his knee out in spring practice and never played QB again.

I guess my point would be....was he going to be the starting QB? Was that the plan? If so, then they had to go to QB2. If he went down then they went to QB3. It doesn't matter when a player got hurt, or if he was able to play the position again.

Again...using Iamaleava as the example, if he was supposed to be your QB this year, and tore his knee up, then was unable to play QB again for any reason...the next QB could be pointed at to be the #2 QB. It's just a matter of how you look at it, I guess...and i am not trying to troll Tennessee. Injuries happen to every team. You have to work past them and play. If FSU was on their #3 QB, then that was not Tennessee's problem. that was FSU's problem and should in no way diminish your victory.

When the game needs to be a shoot out it's up to the QBs to show up.

If you are an SEC team, and you put up 37 points, you should win. If you don't, that's on your defense.

I take it you are referring to that game in 1995 where Tennessee led 30-14 at one point in the second quarter before losing 62-37? Sure...the defense laid an egg but Manning failed to show up in the second half.

And the great upstanding Peyton MANNING wouldn't even shake Drew Knees' hand after the Saints beat them in the Super Bowl.

Came out of college with the reputation as a choker.

He even choked in high school. He had a ground ball go through his legs while playing SS. This error, with two outs, let the winning run come in from third in the state championship game.
