FYI: recently read where something like 25% of the Alabama 5*s over the last 10(?) years or so were 1st round draft choices (that means $$$) compared to like 8% of the rest of the nation. The number may not be exact, but they're close. Now if you were a 5* player, where would YOU want to go to maximize your potential for the BIG $$$$$ ?

Saban's program did not start that way. After he got it going at Bama, he could sell the NFL, but prior to that is was the network that was used to get players. The REC was real and active.

I don't care if they are paying players. Do what you gotta do to win and accept the consequences if/when you get caught.
But no one is naive enough to believe Alabama (or other major programs) hasn't broken rules to compensate recruits/players.

Let it go, man...there are some things that you just can't do anything about, and Alabama football arse whippings are one of them. Once you embrace that fact, life will mellow out for you and you'll enjoy the ride....trust me.
