There are some disparaging remarks about J. Chase but I actually think that was a good pick for Cincinnati just because of the chemistry between Burrow and Chase.

I think Waddle is gonna have a great year for what it's worth.

Just ready for some football, any football.

Bengals are dumb as frick for not taking Sewell with their first pick. Won’t matter what Chase does when Burrow gets killed every play.

Chase set a bad precedent by sitting out the football season to prep for the NFL Draft. I'm hoping his career fails as a result. The last thing we need is a trend to begin.

It's pretty obvious that without the injury, Waddle would have been the 1st receiver drafted.

LSU and it's players have benefited a great deal the last two years from injuries to Bama players.

Did you say the same about Bosa and McCaffery?

Nick Bosa quit halfway through the season because he was injured/rehabbing and McCaffrey sat out the bowl game. Chase sat out the entire year. There's a difference.

Imagine caring about a football player (that has nothing to do with "your" team) and wanting them to fail.

That's a sad life my man.

Lol did you really just link a Miami Dolphins message board and anonymous user?

Man I guess we don’t even need to see the season now that we know what “trinidaddolfan” thinks

Lol this fricking guy

Totally agree with all of this.

The difference was Chase didn’t want to play through a global pandemic during a fake season. Could be a trend, but the NILs might actually help keep guys playing going forward.

He doesn't want future football players to see what Chase did as a good idea.

I thought that was obvious.

Which speaks to his work ethic and character. No wonder the article included disparaging remarks about him.

This. This is why I fricking hate majority of your trailer park fanbase.

Why would you hope for a young man to fail? God what a piece of shite

“Article” - you are still melting about 2019, get over it.

Or is this an ongoing melt about Chase being drafted ahead of Smith and Waddle? Hard to tell.

End of that clearly non-biased article

Do you feel Miami’s line of thinking in ranking Jaylen Waddle ahead of Ja’Marr Chase was correct? Would you rather have Waddle or Chase lining up at receiver for the Miami Dolphins? Let me know in the comments below. FINS UP!

It's nothing personal. As a fan, I don't want to see star players quit on their teams for an entire year to get ready for the NFL Draft. It's a terrible precedent, a selfish attitude, and is part of what is killing the sport of college football.

Gumps now turning a positive forum post about a Bama alum into an ongoing melt about an LSU alum.

Well done Bama, Insecure U strikes again!
