Azzani's young and has gotten better each year, imo. His system as a WR coach is a bit different from other WR coaches and he's a hardass but he's also gotten results at a lot of places. He's well liked here and I think he has a bright future ahead of him. I don't know when it might happen for him tho but I fully expect him to be an HC one day, he's had offers but so far hasn't taken any. I think he has more work to do before he steps into an HC job but if a great opportunity came open for him and he was comfortable taking it, he'd be crazy not to take it (assuming he aspires to be a head coach and I'm pretty sure he does).

With Coach Bajakian, whoever replaces him is walking into a fantastic situation and will be able to show immediate progress due to the players we now have in place and because the circumstances of the last two seasons just weren't that good for offensive production regardless of playcalling.

I just heard he's going to be the new Buc's QB coach.
