Again reading is hard for you.
Where have I said UT was guilty? I am not sure what you are talking about.
I have clearly stated the NCAA has no issue regarding NIL endorsements. You posted first a link that stated they supported it. Next post a link that states UT did not violate NCAA NIL rules in 2022. As I have posted again the NCAA has no issue with any athlete having a NIL contract with any 3rd party.
What is alleged to happen now though is NIL was used to illegally provide benefits for a recruit. The second link you posted only states the contract itself was done in the correct manner as to not violate any NCAA rules.
What is being said now is totally different. Again, why are you and some others not able to differentiate?
You are arguing something that has nothing to do with the current issue. And I have not disagreed with you regarding NIL that the contract was legal.

Bama fans have no right to talk about this since they were paying players under the table and offering impressive gifts like Dodge Chargers.

Lawsuits towards the NCAA just got served.
Congratulations. You just gave the NCAA the power to issue subpoenas to Spyre.

Again, please read or do not bother posting.

The topic is Tennessee violating NCAA bylaws.

My response.
Please copy and paste what you think I need to read. I responded to your post/links and posted what was said. But since you think I am missing something please post it.
Sorry not arguing what someone thinks they read between the lines only what was there which in no way supported you or any other Vol poster in their defense.
But my guess is you will not because what you think is there does not exist or you would have already copied and pasted it.

Can you point me to the post in which you explain why there is no violation?

bruh, it's totally cool for an NIL collective/booster to fly recruits out on private jets for unofficial visits. Nothing to see here.

The school doesn’t run, is not affiliated with, does not work as an agent for, the NIL broker Spyre.
Why is this too big of a hurdle? Any contracts brokered by Spyre are independent of the university of Tennessee. Any benefit gained by a student athlete via NIL contracts is separate from the school. Any contractual agreements between Spyre clients and talent is not predicated on the university of Tennessee nor can it use University of Tennessee’s logo, facilities, intellectual properties without permission of the university of Tennessee.
This isn’t earth shattering or all that complicated.

They can't power anything. They will be taken out of business by the courts

Where exactly are you getting this information? Because you seem to have a timeline that no one else has. Is this a junior sleuth situation where you just googled? That weekend was a Junior day, so multiple recruits were in town, including Jordan Anderson who came the day after Nico. Also, Nico came with his family. So are you saying they all took a Spyre jet? I watched the link you posted, and there was nothing incriminating about it. Nico was literally just talking about the visit, nothing was mentioned about transportation, but he did mention coming with his family a few times. Lastly, Nico had 4 visits to Knoxville, 3 unofficial and 1 official. How do you know the visit you are referring to is the correct one? If you have a treasure trove of info, please provide a link. Otherwise, you should stop speculating.

The SOB is just full of himself. He was told several times to STFU!
See, even seeing his cousin is a violation according to him

Once again
Bama or UGA fans are in no position to talk about this since they were paying recruits underneath the table and offering impressible gifts.

Nope. But a third party paying for a trip and UT hosting Nico with recruiting activities is a violation.

As I said the NCAA has alleged, if the info out there is correct, but I have yet to see anything official. I have not argued against the NIL contract for Nico being illegal not sure why people keep assuming I said that.
Based on what is being reported the NCAA has no issue with a NIL even one involving Nico and I believe they made that clear prior to this. If the info out there is accurate, they are claiming that impermissible benefits were given to a recruit outside of the allowed parameters with the NIL that UT gained a recruiting advantage that violated the NCAA rules and that UT had knowledge of these said allegations.
I am curious as I do not know who Spyre is, but I assume are all the athletes he works with UT athletes?

Of course when questioned becomes childish with name calling.

Everyone is arguing about NCAA rule violations. The rules don't matter because they are illegal.

I'm not sure that this is true. Law regarding rules of a voluntary association get tricky.
