Vols made themselves an easy target with the Nico recruitment
Is that the prevailing consensus on UGA sites? Because that’s as ignorant as inbreeding that line of bulldogs and being shocked they can’t live 10 years.

Those without vol inbreeding induced lack of intelligence remember the $9 million dollar recruit stories

He don't realize Mophead was giving money and more underneath the table, like his mentor.

I am glad UT is suing the NCAA and fighting back. The NCAA is picking and choosing who they go after and if anyone on this board doesn't think their school is in the clear or immune to this you're nuts. Any one of us could read tomorrow that the NCAA is investigating any of the NIL collectives and threatening crippling sanctions. The NCAA is late to this party and their all of a sudden selective enforcement is a joke and a threat to the rest of us.

Are we supposed to know who you are?

We know who you are. The pathetic UGA fan that is obsessed with Tennessee. Seek help.

Of course they are. The picked Tennessee because of violations of rules that actually aren’t related to NIL.
They fricked up and left the door open for the NCAA to walk in.

Thanks for the link. If legit is what I have been saying. They have no issue and support the NIL but will not allow programs to provide impermissible benefits to recruits.

The door you left open is putting a plunger to shut you up.

I am assuming this is just a hot take because I have yet to see the NOA. Unless something has change I believe the NCAA has to send out a NOA to the school. Has this been sent out and has anyone actually seen it.
I know UT jumped the gun and what supposedly coming down the pipe to get ahead of it which they should but other than a leak has anything official come out on what triggered a supposed investigation and what exactly the illegal doings are/were?

Reading is hard.

Apparently, you have a hard time. I understand you want to make this something it is not but the last paragraph of that says NCAA has no issue with NIL and supports the opportunities it provides but will not support illegal recruitment especially as NIL for recruitment inducements.
Why are UT fans struggling with this? Where in that link or anywhere else involving this pending investigation does the NCAA state, they do not support NIL? Please link before replying.
Again I have yet to see what they are actually investigating officially so not saying UT has done anything wrong.
