Now it becomes clear why Saban doesn't allow assistants to speak to the media...

Considering how many of Tennessee's starters were injured in the Texas A&M game, it is foolish to read too much into the Alabama loss.

I'm sure every team in America could lose 75% of their starting defense + several backups and be just fine.

And I'm sure he anticipated losing all these players when he made this statement.

Phil made an appearance on Saturday and Sunday. Then I see some retarded Kentucky fan talking shite about us not being around, like Kentucky fans are ever around during football season. With one notable exception, we've all been here .

According to tRant, Saban and company are only good because of all of the talent they've accumulated. So I guess, in theory, they could start the 3rd team and still win. But I'm not sure how the same talent is called overrated on NSD every year.

You rolled Tennessee in their 4th weekend of consecutive SEC games.

Your game this Saturday isn't going to be anything like the Tennessee game.

Honestly tho, I can't think of another team that is as loaded top to bottom as Bama's 2nd team. And Bama coaches their talent up. It's a well oiled machine. Props to Saban for building this monster.

Tennessee's run defense actually was pretty good until the injuries piled up and A&M/Alabama exploited the backups with the read option.

Held Ohio to 2.9 ypc, Florida to 3.4, Virginia Tech to 4.1 with half their yards coming on one run and held Georgia to 3.9 ypc.

It was Shoop's Penn State defense that Michigan State pounded for 55 points last year. Yeah, that's the same Michigan State offense that couldn't score against Alabama, a few weeks later.

I reminded UT fans of this a few times in preseason when they would boast about this great defensive coordinator they hired, but they excused it away.

Dude Bama's 3rd string would have put up a better fight than your team did...

The only reason the 3rd team didnt score on that last drive is because saban ran a dive on 4th to keep from running the score up

Hold up, Kamara just set another NCAA record vs Chavis.

How many yards did you guy's give up, 600? And it took them turning the ball over 7 times for you clowns to win?

Can you be more clear? It sounds like you are saying that Bama's 3rd team is better than the Vols starters? Is this really what you are saying??
