There are so many seats available that Ohio State fans have just not bought yet and the difference in enthusiasm between the two fanbases is night and day. I am really curious about how many Tennessee fans are gonna be there. I think it is gonna be more than what people are predicting.

It will be interesting. VOLS fans are hungry and I don’t think the cold is stopping most of us.

I am going to laugh seeing the shoe being invaded by orange vols though. If it happens like it’s being announced, I can see bucks being shell shocked and losing

The only problem is that it might not be as orange as it should be. A lot of us don’t have big orange winter jackets because for the last 15 years we’ve haven’t had to care about football past October

Noted. I'll be sure to trash talk you before Arkansas' bowl game, so we will be even.

I am rooting for Tennessee, but no one sets themselves up for a letdown like the Vols.

Most famous Vol let down of all was December 2001 in Atlanta.

Go ahead. We have still owned the vols lately even when we suck.

Not going to happen. 75/25...maybe 70/30 tops. Stadium is listed as 102,000 capacity.

They are going to have to give the visiting teams a bigger allotment of tickets if they are giving teams a home game in the playoffs. I am not talking crazy big, but at least 10k. It would be better just using the bowls and giving an even split.

I don't know how true any of this is for either team.

Tickets on websites are less than $100 before fees. That doesn't seem like a huge demand honestly. Both fanbases have spent way more than that on big games in the past.

I do think the student section being out on vacation hurts all the home teams. I think I saw 29k of the seats for OSU home games are students usually

Students being home for Christmas is a huge hit for every home team.
