Vince Dooley is a nothing without Herschel Walker

Georgia fans that despise Mark Richt and say Vince Dooley is the best coach in Georgia history may hate it, but it's true. If Walker doesn't exist, Dooley NEVER gets a national title and is just a glorified Richt to those Richt haters, if he even has the legacy he has now.
Georgia is now playing the game of the next head coach better win the national championship in three years, or we're going to fire them, and if they aren't, this move was very stupid.
And I bet that national championship isn't won.

Wrong. UGA is playing the game of "you've been here 15 years with little in the way of tangible success to show for it and you are 5-20something in the last seven years against SEC teams with a winning record so thanks for your service but it is time to move on"

These are the dumbest arguments. He did have Walker and did win a title. You can "IF" your way around any program in the country, but ultimately means nothing.

Mark Richts final 5 years at UGA are really no different than the 5 years Donnan had before him. Except Richt got an extra game each year and he east was much weaker.

I think Richt was a better coach than Dooley, but Vince did win 3 SEC championships before Herschel Walker even played football.

So you just spouted something off to sound cool and not knowing the facts? In Florida's worst year in that span, with Gary Darnell running the option they were 6-6 lost in the Freedom Bowl.
