I've always just assumed all the Refs were big Bama fans. Paying has never been necessary.

When another team gets a favorable call, I never think the refs are being paid. No matter how bad the spot or call is.

Seriously. I was just waiting for it, but those cocksuckers wouldn't give us one ounce of praise. I guess it was an absolute fluke in their mind. The only praise that I heard about us from that game was from Nick Saban's own mouth. Classless bunch of assholes those announcers were.
