The call was for Unneccesary rougness, not taunting. Besides there was a rough right beside the play that would have been able to hear what Sheppard said and he didn't call anything. The ref that called him for knocking the Florida player on his arse was well out of hearing distance. The ref right beside the play should have told that ref that he was wrong.

You'll also see, right before that play where they called the PF, they showed a shot of Petrino and he was leaning over to an official saying "watch and see them hold us, right here" because their O-Line had resorted to flat-out bear hugging our defenders on the LOS. Thats the only way they could protect Tebow.

When they called that PF, I assumed it was to frick Petrino for calling them out for their no-calls already.

People from all over are talking about the screw job. People who are neither Ark nor Fla fans saw it. It doesn't make the loss any easier, but it validates what I was seeing during that part of the game.

The bottom line is, we got fricked.

Both players have a right to the ball once it is in the air. However, your player was not trying to do shite with the BALL, he was blocking the receiver from making a play on the ball. In short, YO BOY WAS OUT OF POSITION!!

PASS INTERFERENCE!!

You obviously know nothing about football other than what the talking heads tell you.

He played perfect technique in that situation. He also made absolutely minimal contact with the receiver if you watch the angle from the back of the endzone.

Meanwhile, Cooper literally tackles our player about to make an interception in the endzone....no call.

Absolute BS personal foul.

Two BLATANT holds that weren't called, where Tebow would have at minimum been forced to throw it away.

The refs gave Florida well over 50 yards on that drive. Could they have scored anyway? Sure. But it's very unlikely.

I love the "florida would have scored anyway" crowd. Because Florida had been moving the ball at will all game....ooooo wait.

That's OK, I have the video. I want to see if the snap began before the play clock expired. Can't do that from a pic.

I'll check it out

here's another one, final drive of the game.

this was a "first down" according to the officials (and no, there wasn't forward progress beyond where he is on the ground).

The refs really want to go to the Rose bowl and the can't afford for the UFers to get knocked off.

Sick thievery IMO.

Sport, if go back and watch the series, you'll see the video boys screwed up the superimposed orange and blue lines. The sticks are used to determine 1st down, not computer graphics.

So says the guy that thinks he's a football elite because "he's a fan of the game, and not a team."

And if you can't see that the Arkansas DB played that pass exactly how 90% of coaches teach it, then you know nothing of football.

thanks, sport. i realize the sticks are used, chief. the yellow line is more often than not right on the money with the sticks, so i think it's fair to see the photo and think refs screwed up again, bucko. but i'll go back and review, sparky.

Easy way to check, go right past that where they are measuring and see where the sticks are.

Auburn won the SECCG and th bowl game. That"s all anyone could ask of them. The vote stuff was out of their control.

Course Auburn has had some bad calls before. No sure WTF the "04 MNC has to do with that though

If you used logic, it's very easy to understand what I said.

you guys are still crying.. how come NO ONE will mention Arkansas did nothing to stop UF on the final drive? Did the refs open up holes for demps to run through? Did the refs catch the 1st down passes from Tebow? Did the refs kick the ball through the uprights? all i hear is you guys hate the gators and it's making you guys look pathetic blaming 60 mins of football on the refs.
