“We young…..everybody make mistakes….y’all lookin at the situation like “this or that” kuz it ain’t y’all…having so much too say….he know he messed up don’t drag em for it……that’s goofy to me….just pray for the families involved,” Toney tweeted.

What a senseless tragedy for everyone involved.

Why is the cop standing there and not even making an attempt to grab a fire extinguisher or anything? Granted, I can't judge completely because we can't see what happened before the video. I hope he made some sort of attempt and then realized she was already burned alive before the camera started rolling.

At the point this video is being shot, the young lady in that car has been dead for quite a while and based on witness statements about the fire was dead before any first responder arrived. Further, a 5 or 10 pound ABC extinguisher is going to do nothing at all to suppress that fire. The only two things that will put that fire out are it running completely out of fuel or an engine company.

There is nothing he can do other than what he's doing - securing the scene, checking on the other people, and waiting on the FD.

Unfortunately, it is.

Alexander Hart, a security officer who was working at the complex that night, saw Ruggs’ car drive by the complex, police reports say.

Moments later, Hart said he heard the crash, got in his security car and headed in that direction.

Hart told police that as soon as he got to the scene, he noticed Ruggs laying on the road. He then heard screams coming from Tina Tintor’s Toyota RAV4, according to the police report.

Hart said he tried to pull Tintor out of her RAV4 as it burst into flames, but the smoke and heat were too intense for him to get any closer, according to the report.

Damn what an idiot. Everyone that’s not young, was once young. 99.9999% of us never drive that fast or that drunk and especially not at the same fricking time. Henry Ruggs is, at this point, a waste of oxygen. Deserving of the worst punishment that can be doled out to him. fricking scum

Djordje Tintor and his parents are simply “destroyed” after his younger sister was killed after former Las Vegas Raiders receiver Henry Ruggs III crashed into her car earlier this week.

The woman, Tina Tintor, was 23.

“I almost can’t even look at [my parents],” Djordje said Thursday, via USA Today. “Every time I look at them it just breaks my heart.”

The Tintor family issued a statement on Thursday afternoon through their attorney.

"Tina’s tragic loss has devastated her family beyond a grief they could ever comprehend," the family said in a statement, via USA Today. "Family was everything to Tina, and she was the light of her parents’ life. Tina lived in Las Vegas since she was a baby. She loved her 3-year-old Golden Retriever, Max, who passed alongside her Tuesday morning.

"The Tintor family appreciates privacy as they mourn. May Tina rest in peace.

"No further statements will be made from the family at this time."
