Still doesn't change the fact that Knoxville sucks...Memphis is a better sport town and I never thought I would live to say that.

This happens everywhere...but yes a culture change is needed. UT has had lazy incompetent people in charge of hiring coaches, preferring to stick to safe bets(besides Kiffin who was the most successful). Its quite obvious they’ve neglected actually running a legitimate coaching search.
