I'm sure he is referencing the rainout yesterday.

I'd still like to know about the ghost HBP. But we made way too many errors today and Saturday for me to justify that we should have won this series.

Good Season Cocks.

Good luck to LSU and MSU in Omaha.

So UNC and the ACC made it rain? Sweet SEC needs to learn that one..

Just checking in to give a for walking two batters to load up the bases, to ultimately walk in the winning run the next batter.

Yep, weather had nothing to do with us losing. The errors killed us. Still a good run considering where we were midway through the season.

It was called during the afternoon, and it wasn't raining by the start time.

It did piss me off, but we lost due to errors and runners stranded.

Oh I understand, I thought the game was called off way too early myself, but even if that's what he is talking about, that call wasn't made by UNC or the ACC, I would think the NCAA made the call.

I think he's alluding to UNC in the NCAA's ear about getting it postponed.

I don't believe it myself, but there are a lot of things we don't see.

How close is NCState's stadium to Chapel Hill? I ask cause I found it odd Friday when UNC/USC is cancelled a few hours before NCState's was cancelled. Then Monday gets the same way-too-damn-early cancellation, seems odd.

It's fishy as hell, but when those bastards in NC needed an extra couple of days, they got them. If that series is played Fri-Sun, like it was supposed to have been, it's not even a series.

How can you say that with the comedy of errors we put forth this series? Even the 8-0 game had it's fair share.

Errors, errors, & more errors.

UNC CF dropped an easy fly ball to give us the 4-2 lead then we blew it in the bottom 7th via errors & walks & UNC never looked back.

frick we had another game like Saturday? how many did they score off of our errors?

Good season (especially for Coach Holbrook's first season) but I'm still disappointed cause I feel like we blew that Saturday game and evidently, we blew this one as well.

That hurts my heart Cocks. I wanted y'all there.
You had a hell of a season considering the youth of your team and your new corch. The future is bright for SC.

UNC's arms were worn out by the end of that FAU marathon. They had an extra day of rest for their ace on Sat, and two extra days for their 'pen today. We sucked monkeydick in the field, sure, but I've gotta think tired arms allow for a few more runs per game.

Plus, momentum is a big deal. Not playing on Monday after the Sunday arse-whipping took the wind out of our sails a bit.
